Absolutely. Our SimplePractice Stripe account is set up as a medical merchant account, so HSA and FSA cards work just fine. We also take standard credit and debit cards, as well as checks and cash.

We are in-network for Kaiser Permanente Mid‑Atlantic. For all other insurance plans, we are considered an out-of-network provider.

You may be eligible for reimbursement, but this depends on your specific insurance plan. We provide superbills that you can submit directly to your insurance provider for potential out‑of‑network reimbursement. Please note that we do not work directly with insurance companies, except for Kaiser Mid‑Atlantic and Optum.
